who cares what a pornographer thinks, the government and 99% of society don't care. Obscenity laws, federal and state, have been on the books in the US since the 1800's - and been tested over and over again in the highest courts in the land - and they stand - accept it or move to a country where there are no obscenity laws - there probably are none. The definition of what's obscene changes with the times - and Max Hardcore went way over the line and he got nailed.

even in a culture where hardcore porn has become commonplace if you think the government is going to change/liberalize obscenity laws you are cukoo. if you are going to be pushing the envelope of 'hardcore pornography' you take the very real risk of going to jail - and it will be the same 100 years from now.
