It appears, to me, that anytime something gets to the Federal level. There is no such thing as 'moderation'. It is either them goose stepping all over your civil rights, dropping the hammer with the all or nothing ultimatums, or they do nothing. There is never seems to be any middle ground.

The second DMCA requests is served to their ISP, registrar, processor, and if U.S. based, I fax it to the attorney general of that state, and any and all info I find on the person or company.
Luckily for them. 97% remove my shit on first request.
