          I always say "Plan for them to quit. It's not a matter of "if", but "when".

          Expect problems the first time her commission check is less than the one she got before. Most models expect you to increase her check when the site grows, and never adjust it back down.

                                  Yeah no shit.
                                  You really broke the mold with the way you keep girls long term, but for the most part you need to shoot the girl for a week or two non-stop when she first shows up to get 1 year+ worth of updates for the site and then just forget about her.

                                          Seriously though, the #1 factor is to make sure that the site doesn't have to come down in 3 months because her new fiance found it and wants to return the ring.
