Narrowing It Down. The Options. (Parternship)

Alright, so what I have come up with in regards to this offer...
    http://www.gfy.com/showthread.php?t=883034

1 .I have some Europeans who are interested, have the cash to invest, but obviously logistics is an issue. Most of those who've contacted me, from Europe, are doing their own content. But not foot fetish.

    2. I have some who are looking at a co-op type of arrangement. Where they do something along the following (keep in mind some already have it in place, and I am just giving broad overview)... They will build up a network of blog, and TGP sites (i.e. traffic), buy some existing. We will split all the sponsor money 50/50. They will launch an invite only affiliate program and run it.

I in return will expand some of the content to include some other foot fetish niches, and step up the productions side so there is more offering in further micro niches. Possibly expand into some other RELATED fields more a less. Capitalizing on my low productions costs, and high margins.

    3. Similar to #2. They will invest XX,XXX and we will form a new company. I will shoot content exclusive for that company (so we keep my existing, and their existing money makers separate) in foot fetish, and tickling niche. They will do the affiliate program, invite only, and traffic side. I will keep working on all the content for the site(s). Updates, clip store, etc. When I get into webcam, chat, and some of my other VOD, etc. We will look at working them into the new company to maximize revenue.

If things go well, we will consider other opportunities, mergers, etc down the line.

    4. Bring in some hired gun, experienced or newbie grunt, have them basically build up the TGP/blog/traffic end of the network. Split all profits on sponsors 50/50. Over time, look at additional opportunities, partnership, etc.

The good part is some of these take the marketing, traffic, and those daily hassles away so I can concentrate on my market advantage. Content. Lots of it. They can tweak my existing things for traffic, and expand on it.

The most consistent bad part is there are few who can do the logistics. Meaning, fly hear monthly. Some are not opposed to the meeting up on occasion to see where we stand. But some simply can't commit to bi/monthly. Some have nice cash to invest. Some have nothing but time.

Seems overly complicated. Do you really want more partners? Why not just do your own thing and hire some local help? Maybe it will work for you but it seems like a recipe for disaster or at least a hassle.

As I have mentioned in some other threads, I am at the point I have to grow. I have been trying for 18 month to hire local, and they do not work. Some do not have the skills. Some do not have the ambition and quit in the middle of a project. Costing more time and money.

I also contacted local COMPANIES for this work. They will not work with an adult company. On or off the record. I called and e-mails over a dozen of them. They were fine and ok with the work until I said it was an adult company.

Trust me. If there was a local way, I could have done it.

Don't be in a hurry. Choose you partners wisely (2 out of 7 will work). Trust your intuitions.

Thanks for the kind words friend, as always. I appreciate it.

Partner's are always tricky, which is why a strategic partnership may be best. But you have to weight out those options.

With my production of content. I make my money back in 30-45 days of clip sales. Everything else.... membership, DVD, VOD, content sales is nothing but gravy. So I have a nice gold mine in that.

I would like to be able to focus on some other bigger projects, but I am bogged down in maintenance. I have a couple of non-industry part timers, and just brought on a third, to help. But one industry person is probably as good as all three put together. At which point you start balancing out the cost in money and man hours.
