L'arginine is by far the best for distance, volume and blood flow. If you read up on it, apparently it was used for E.D long before viagra was aorund. Any body building store usually carries it.

Turned me from a spewer to a fucking cannon. If you like to work out as well, it's also a benefit for muscle repair. I've cut my dosage down to like one every 2-3 days since I don't need as much now. You will see huge results even after a week if taken daily. Here's a little read up on it.. Try it out!

L-Arginine (sometimes just called Arginine) is a non-essential amino acid that is beneficial to the body in many ways. It is used in both treatment for high cholesterol and sexual dysfunction. However, L-Arginine benefits reach far beyond these treatments.

In the pancreas, it aids in the release of insulin, which in turn, boosts metabolism, especially of carbohydrates. L-Arginine benefits weight control as well, aiding in muscle metabolism. The more muscle you build, the more efficient your body (thus, you store less fat). Also, within the pituitary gland, L-Arginine is a component of human growth hormone, helping to regulate growth patterns.

An L-Arginine benefit is the release of compounds that produce energy for the muscles. In fact, L-Arginine is utilized by several systems and organs in the body, including the liver, the pituitary gland, the immune system, and the male sexual organs.

As a bodybuilding supplement, L-Arginine benefits the user by assisting with muscle energy, growth, and repair, as well as tissue synthesis. What this means is that you'll be able to build muscle faster with less soreness as the muscles grow and repair faster.

If you want the best L-Arginine benefits, take the supplement in its powder form, which is pure and can be absorbed into the body more easily. This offers optimum efficiency in processing the L-Arginine. And since all people are significantly different metabolically when it comes to amino acids, you'll want to start with a smaller dosage and increase. Most people need a dosage between 2 and 30 grams. In natural form, L-Arginine can be found in whole wheat, soy, rice, nuts, grapes, seeds, corn cocoa, and some other foods.
