Fedor has beat guys "much" bigger than brock, much stronger than brock and much more experienced than brock.

True, Brock is a bit of a freak show (so is the Asian dude you posted), but it's not like there is a ton of heavyweight contenders out there to choose from. Fedor has the heavyweight division sowed up so I figure they might as well throw anybody with appropriate size and braun up against him and see what happens. It'd be like his fight against Tim Sylvia, who I always considered a giant freak but with no real skill. So it was worth watching Fedor pummel him so swiftly. It would at least be fun to see Fedor fight more often.
