Hello everyone, I'm selling off the remainder of my domains, and getting out of the industry alltogether.

At Godaddy reg fee, these domains would cost around $1400, but today only I'm selling them off for only $5.58! What's the catch? You have to buy them all as a set. Thats about $400 off of reg fee. There are some real gems in here.

Some are typos, some are crap, and some are gems. Parked at godaddy alone, they get about 1500 typeins a month alltogether.

The sale must be completed today to get this special price. Domains will be transferred via. Godaddy immediately. Payment is by Western Union, MoneyGram, or Wire Transfer.

The sites are yours Matt, I transfered all of the domains with the sites on them. As soon as you want to transfer them over, your more than welcome to. Otherwise they will stay on my server until you tell me otherwise.

I fucking hate it that people on GFY are so god damn paranoid that they are going to get scammed. I wasn't ducking your phone calls, I have a fucking job you know. I havent gotten an email from you in about 3-4 weeks, last you told me you were having problems with your email, looks like you still are if I havent gotten any. Either way you got everything you paid for, except the package apparently. So let me know that you in fact DID NOT get it and I will go to the UPS store immediately.

Now I accually own a shipping center so I have my own UPS rep, according them them, this is just a intent to ship something but nothing showing anything was ever accually picked up/dropped off.

so now after a couple days I call and you're not home... couple more days I call and your not home.... from now on the phone just rings. I try reaching you on ICQ... never a reply, I try reaching you on email NOTHING.

ok ok... maybe you're in the hospital so we'll wait a couple weeks.. NOTHING (see a pattern here) this is now a scam.

Even if you did send something UPS, maybe it got screwed up, it happens, so where are my remaining domains? As far as I see it, these are mine too on here.

The funny thing is I could care less about the domains, just the sites and pics. Mostly what you made and cost you nothing, so I dont get it.

Like I said lets fix this and I'll be your biggest supporter. You have to see from my POV it looks like you scammed me. You would think the same thing.

No I understand it from your point of view. Honestly I do, but you have to see it from mine also. The $500 you sent before went to my rent. So to be honest with you, I'm broke right now, my phone has been disconnected, and my power was also disconnected, I just got it turned back on friday, I can scan in and email you the termination notice if you like. Check my member profile on GFY, I havent logged in since the last time I talked to you, if I had, I would have seen the scam post you made, and made things right then.

I will go down to the UPS store right now, and see what went wrong, I mean why would I pay the shipping fee and then not ship it, does that make sense to you? Especially if you own a shipping center, you know that the fee has to be paid before they will issue a tracking number. Why would I do that?

So give me about 15-20 minutes, because the UPS store is right down the street, I'll go there and see what is goin on.

There are just too many things, in my opinion that don't add up to me scamming you, lets review:

1) I transfered more than half of the deal before payment was made:

Domains, all the sites, and gave you admin access to all the sites so you could start changeing things over to your affiliate codes, etc. If I was scamming you, I would not want to get rid of my "scam material".

2) I paid to ship all of the software we mentioned:

Why would I do that? a SCAM is getting something for nothing. obivously I was making an effort to make good on the deal, if something went wrong on UPS's side than that is deffinately something I need to look into.

3) I gave you all of my personal contact information:

If I was going to scam you, I deffinately wouldn't want you knowing where I lived, or how to get ahold of me now would I?

So from where I stand, all of the things above are true, and all of them are traits of an honest sale.

Like I said, give me about 20 minutes and I will go down to the UPS store and see what the fuck is going on. Today is the first I've learned that you did not recieve the package, so please, bear with me while I figure it out.

Matt, I just got back from the UPS store, apparently the package never got sent and was sitting around. I took it back with me, and have it here.

I have a few options, please let me know which one you would like to do.

1) I can re-ship it, with a new label and tracking # (the old one isn't any good anymore because I got my money back for it) and have a truck come by and get it.

2) I can set up access on the server and you can download all of the data on the DVD's (it's all still on the server also) with a user name password setup.

Let me know which one you'd like me to do.

There is a way that we can conduct the transaction so that you know you arent getting scammed. I promise you I'm not a scammer.

If you pay be Western Union, set up a test question (a question that I must answer in order to get the money.)

once you process the WU payment with the test question I will transfer the domains, after the domains are transfered, and in you possesion, you give me the answer to the test question, that way everyone is happy.

Ok... listen like I said, I more then anyone know shit happens (and believe me I do know UPS fucks up all the time) after a few weeks I'm like wtf, you're a talented guy and like you just posted, none of this makes any sense. I couldnt figure out for the life of me when you would scam me out of the sites but still give me the domains, thats why I waited SO long before posting anything.

Domains can be prevented from getting scammed on and it looks like he is prepaired to go the extra mile to ensure a great sale.
