i just got off the phone with a source close to the story....
apparently, sock the cat is currently under investigation for arranging the murder of "buddy". Leads are still sketchy, but police are confident that sock had something to do with this. Furthermore, they believe that clinton and sock may have had a sexual relashionship as early as 2 months ago, and believe that could have been a motive for the buddy murder. I will keep everyone updated as this news event unfolds. god bless america.
