yeah that's the internet for you, i've not bothered reading that article but the milk ducts or what ever there called aren't tampered with or affected in anyway by a boob job. there was a thought at one time about silicone leaking into the body and having effects on the woman and/or her baby which was never proven to be true. but implants are silicone gel now anyway and don't leak like that anyway.
