Well run? I guess you meant updated frequently. The amount of traffic that your site can generate will ultimately determine your revenues. The source of traffic is also critically important. Even if it is 10k/day search engine traffic, if they're all Chinese that don't make a month's membership fee in a week, nor have credit cards (assuming your pushing memberships). So the minimum # in that case would be zero. There are a ton of websites making that too.Comment

Anything is possible. But if you think you're going to start off making $2,000 a month, think again. It's probably going to take a few months before you learn your way around the industry before you can even dream of making $2000 a month.
Honestly, it's only 2 sales a day so it's not that hard. But for your first few weeks (months) in the industry, you'll be lucky to be making 1 sale a day, etc.

well that sounds so promising lol ... but anyways do not forget that I have a "store" & Phone sex line on my site so i do not intend to rely on making money on memberships only.. I think it is easier to sell a DVD then it is to get a membership from a visitor... and on the store sales i make 25% commission per sale... also another question... should i start marketing, submitting to search engines etc. my site even though it's not totally finished?... just to get a headstart i suppose?...Comment

No, I would focus on getting your site done. Thinking about marketing will distract you.

I'm having the most succes with cams.com (streamray (see my sig)) They offer the best produkt and some great material for webmasters. It's very easy to sell if you do it right..
