    Video and Photography

I have a friend that is looking into buying professional photo and video equipment... He is thinking of buying an Olympus e500 package with lenses for $700 from a local camera shop and wants to purchase a good video camera with a budget of $2000. I told him I would look online for him. I found a Sony DCR-VX2100 MiniDV Digital Handycam Camcorder

He is planning on starting a business shooting photos and videos for weddings... he wants to offer HD DVD format as well as high quality photos.

I was hoping some kind people with experience would post their advice on the subject.

Make sure your friend shoots in raw. Is that Sony camera HD? I didn't check the specs.

Hit me up on icq... it's been way too long
