Was watching CNBC the other day and it was pointed out that you can be as careful with your info.. shred everything including invoices, bills, bank statements, card statements.. etc.. to avoid identity theft and crap...

You can do EVERYTHING right, but when one company is compromised, your info is gone and you're fucked anyway.
