On streamate they offer the possibility to redirect traffic from certain countries to another affiliate / or domain you own .Also check if you are console free or not . I really like this, since not too many webcam sponsors ask you where to redirect the unwanted traffic. I prefer to send them to a SEDO parked domain, you still get few bucks
