Brett wants to buy it from Dan for $20k, or he wants Dan to buy him out for $50k. That's pretty funny. Just take $25k cash and move on, before it costs you more than that in legal fees. Don't make the lawyers more money.

Our industry has a near zero barrier entry and people with no or little business knowledge can enter. I must confess I get a chuckle every time someone submits an invoice to ICS using some kind of invoice template and don't even bother to change out the section where it says "your address here".

Partnerships rarely work. Sonner or later they go south.

Discussing such issues on a public board are very dangerous - and can be deadly if this goes to court.

I think this is a good sentiment, but don't you have a business relationship with Dan and CamZ? Or is this just scuttlebut?
