Define pickled garlic.
I had something the other day (can't remember what it was called) that was garlic cloves and peppers that had been marinated for some time in a vinegarette mixture. Is that kinda like what you're talking about?.

Its amazing. as the garlic roast it becomes almost creamy; you can literally spread it on bread and it does not leave you stinky when its long cooked.

So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

I dont know if thats the same as the Thai stuff I tried once - it was fucking vile! - and I usually love garlic.
The only thing worse is pickled Galangal (?Sp) - that stuff actually made me sick.Comment
