Where are the charges and fees page? Seems like your hiding it after reading your FAQ. From the FAQ:
What are the costs associated with the card? Costs are listed and explained when you sign into "My Account" and on the websites of the partners that offer the card.
This means I have to get an account first before finding out what my fees will be?
Your whole site doesn't list the fees or charges to maintain the accounts, unless I'm missing it? If I am please link to the page that lists this info.
