Don't know about conversions. I use it mainly to help build up traffic levels on my sites. I know fetishblog said he had some conversions though.

I'm going to send some to a sponsor today and see how it goes.

I paid for High Quality Traffic (6.8k for 25$ I believe) and got 2 signups on GGW ... which makes it profitable. Definitivly good traffic there bumped my 10k/day to over 15k which came from multiple sources.

10k is kinda small to do a test.

I did a test with 20k of the super cheap traffic and even got a couple sales. Not until the day after I sent the traffic though.

all of it is skimmed trafic, you are getting other peoples garbage, the traffic they dont want, and are sending it away.

you be better off buying textlinks or banners on hq sites.

You are generalizing a bit Fris.

I'm sure to some degree what you are saying is true. But buying traffic this way has its advantages also. I have done very well using this traffic to build up one of my new sites.

Got some sales off the site I'm building up but I have no way of telling if they are from the traffic or not. But the traffic seems to be great as far getting bookmarkers.
