Everytime I log-in, the "loading" bar gets to about 99.9% and freezes but the basic HTML view option works just fine.

Are you on firefox? If so, try searching for updates to all of your extensions and add-ons, update, restart FF and your computer. If it still doesn't work, try loading FF in safe mode. It could be one of your extensions causing it.gone. long gone.

Gmail is better than virtually anything you pay for, and unlike most other addresses (isp, domain, etc) it will probably work just fine 10 years from now.
Domains get sold, ISPs get changed, paid companies disappear, etc. Google, however, isn't likely to disappear any time soon, and they'd never risk alienating their customer base by removing Gmail./(bb|[^b]{2})/Comment

Check to make sure that there isn't an attachment that isn't d/loading or uploading incorrectly. Also, some messages with multiple large attachments can this. If it is an attachment, just delete either the attachment or the e-mail.www.sexyschiava.com - Amateur BDSM
