Its like posting video galleries except they pay for the hosting, and provide the traffic.

                                                                                                                                                                              Also persue any copyright violations if another user posts one of your full length videos by contacting the user and pornotube.

                                                                                                                                                                              If you provide good watermarked teaser videos, and watch for people posting your content without permission, pornotube can make you big bucks.
