thanks annikn and chupachups, spanish is a great language and it is those tricky translations that are really interesting
(and fail on the people that just ran it through a translator
)
trying to master spanish before moving on to Italian (and trying to keep French in the back of my mind a bit as it confuses me often), immersion is really the only way to get the brain to click right I find, it starts to come much easier and quickly that way
