It's a cliche what i'm gonna tell you know but it simply is like that.

You have no chance of doing something new anymore by opening a new paysite with mainstream porn. You can copy the top top companies like Brazzers and Bangbros and pay 1000's and 1000's for content but you will only get fucked in the ass. Companies like that can do it because they have the traffic. Take Bangbros for example. They lose shitloads of money and potential members because they shit is all over the place but on the other side they have so much traffic going their way it would make you sick if you knew they actual numbers. They can afford to have their shit all over the place. They are a brand. Coca Cola loses millions because of other brands of cola but they make zillions because they have people buying it no matter what. You can find 100 vids from Bangbros on the tubes etc but eventually people will sign up for it. And they don't care how much they lose, they care about how much they make. You would be fucked starting a new site which you spent 50k on to 20 scenes. Know what i mean.
So what you have to do is think old school. What can you start, spend money, which won't end up all over the place for free?

Get amateur stuff. Mainly pics and as an extra vids. How many amateur content tubes do you see? None? How many voyeur content tubes do you see? How many niches tubes?

You always have to sharpen your thumbs unless you run a glamour tgp where you actually smooth out the pics.
Make your thumb stand out by letting the colours come out and making white look like white.
