I use CCBill, as an affiliate and as a program owner. Considering the % we pay, you'd think the backend would be up to par with the systems you mention.
I checked back and it's been almost 3 years they have been promising a new system. Instead we get Live Support Chat, which oddly enough I am VERY thankful for.
