North and North-East Thailand is a cheap places to live. This house is out of Chiangmai(some 900 kn North of Bangkok), so its virtually nothing around this compound...what exactly you gonna do there? The pool is communal, not private. The deco is simple, you can see it on the windows and curtains. Good price, but remote area.Comment

Land ownership up to a limited size is possible for US citizens under certain requirements. They are the only foreigners who can legally own land in Thailand in their own name. Other nationals can not.
