As others have warned, Ritalin users experience some serious side effects, both while using the drug, and during withdrawal, if/when they try to quit it:

Special precautions should be taken during withdrawal or reduction in the amount used. For this reason, children on Ritalin may hide their feelings and thoughts so no one will interfere with their attempt to destroy themselves.

In your particular case, I believe awhile back you posted about some heart-related issues. Ritalin can make that situation far worse, and can even lead to heart attack. You should ensure that whomever prescribed you to use Ritalin, is fully aware about your medical history, and in particular any past heart-related issues.
My brother took Ritalin as a kid, and I think it messed him up for awhile there. He was lucky though, because after he was off Ritalin, he was better socially adjusted and went on to obtain a Masters Degree and is a successful professional today.
