First of all, I have to say that the weather in Vegas was an absolute treat and arriving home to -4 degree freezing winds was quite painful.
Anyhow, this was my first industry show and I honestly have nothing but good things to say about it. I won't individually list each and every person I enjoyed speaking with, but I will say that absolutely everyone I talked to was nothing short of incredible! It seemed that everyone was more than polite and very welcoming. I had the privilege of speaking with seasoned veterans and complete “newbies” looking to break into the adult world. The vast array of people was terrific and I have a number of business cards that I’m still working on sorting through and touching base with… hopefully will be finished up with that by Monday.
Also, I have to thank my guys at Dating Gold for being so great! I am still fairly new with the company and they showed me hospitality like you wouldn’t believe! So, thank you again for everything, guys. It was truly an awesome experience.
Last but not least, I think I’m still suffering somewhat from the jet lag! Vegas wore me out, but it was worth every second! And among all of the talking and networking, I did manage to cover my Duke basketball bet, after sweating out a terrible first half… so overall, I couldn’t ask for more!
