If they have caught the real killer, and the Ramsey family is finally exonerated, that is wonderful news for them after living under a dark cloud of suspicion for over 10 years. It's too bad that JonBenet's mother isn't alive to hear this news.

Wikipedia is already listing the suspect as "John Karr", an American living in Thailand, and report that he confessed to the killing. I have not seen anything else about this yet in the media...
In my quick search around the net for info I have already seen a bizarre tinfoil hat theory post that John Ramsey, who is quite wealthy, may have paid off the "killer" (through surrogates) by getting him out of Thailand where he faced a death penalty for his crimes there, and in exchange he revealved details of the crime (provided by Ramsey), so that he could be extradited to the U.S. where he would plead guilty and thereby avoid the death penalty.
The Colorado police have DNA of the suspected killer (blood found on the victim's underwear), so that should help determine whether they have the right person.
