Thanks to everyone with something positive and negative to say.
My site is awfully ugly, no question about it. The design is almost 5 years old - amazing how time flies. I've been sitting on new logo and design for quite some time.
The most important thing to me is how we service our customers. Flashy web sites, paid sig spots, frequently updated marketing materials...... that might suggest that we are in want or need of more inquiries than we already get.
Seriously, though, it's just been low priority with everything that doesn't matter from the site design, marketing materials and absence of paid advertising (we purchase one ad here and one somewhere else).
In 2008 we...
- Moved to larger offices in Michigan
- Opened our Florida support office
- Quadrupled our connectivity
- Doubled the size of support staff
- Doubled our server count
I do the best I can to put my clients first, always. I do have sexy new branding, web site and marketing materials but they're sitting on a hard drive until I have time to publish them.
