This is the same as every smart, humane army that has the financial ability to do so. They pay the people who fight for them. They take care of the families of the soldiers who die. American soldiers get the same benefits, as do Israeli soldiers. I think it was the Romans who first realized that taking good care of your troops is in the interest of the rulers. Most successful armies throughout history ever since have done so.

although i have a deep admiration for success and those who work hard to make it on their own... most people who are self employed and not making a lot of money are generally self employed because of their personalility problems, anti-social behaviors, inability to respect authority, general irresponsibility, attention deficit disorder and so on.

Hezbollah are not just supported by iran economically and logistically , but also in training army units , and political interference .
