bahhh after 8 years, there's nothing left to promote

after doing this for so long I finally ran out of shit to promote, all the sites look the same, all seems pointless anymore to try new shit, it all converts relatively the same.

and I kill myself trying to find something good to post for my less than 10k a day blog even though it only makes up a small percent of my income.

It struck me years ago that the whole message boards/resource sites network, exists only because we all keep hoping, against any reasonable expectation, for that magic site which will transform our fortunes.

For a while when a whole new bandwagon first comes along - live video, free ezines, "reality" sites - that happens up to a point. But the rest of the time...

You only need look at hoes.com's monthly stats to see how few sponsors generate reasonable $per unique numbers and I would be very surprized if many of us have stats which show a dramatically different picture. I suspect the reason so many sponsors chase newbies on boards like this is that established webmasters have all got their sponsor lists and at best half-heartedly swap a few low-key links around once in a while, just to feel they haven't given up entirely.

so true.. right now I know the hottest new sponsor program cause they are my #1 sponsor and it just happens to be my site, but I'm only telling a few people about it till I have my legions of postwhores and 8 new gig port servers setup for my 1000's of FHG's.

there is not one sponsor out there that is a paysite that can beat my ratio, I know this cause I've tried em all, and in my opinion they all suck.

The few exceptions are programs that have 1 or 2 paysites, and take the time to perfect those sites, and the members areas for maximum retention (like me).

You make some vaild points. We understand that a majority of sign ups are due to curiosity alone. Thats okay with us. We have been producing Extremely hardcore content for 10 years now. We are known for producing Horror Porn. Does it make a differance to us why people buy our content OR if those people are fucked up in the head? It really dosnt. Were just filling a niche.

I never knew squirting had anything to do with homosexuality but i respect your professional opinion

And again, I understand if its not something you like or would like to push.

As far as catching an Obscenity case, we already have. We made a couple of films a few years back that involved staged rape and such now known as the Federal 5. The most notorious being "Forced Entry". If MGM, Miramax, LionGate can make a motion picture horror flick that plays across every state and has a rape scene in it, there is no reason why we cant produce a horror porn with a rape scene in it. If people say that these films cater to "rapists" then its fair to say that the majority of horror flicks cater to "serial killers" etc... Long story short, we beat the case fair and square.

At a time were we could have folded, paid a fine and pulled our DVDs off the shelves, we fought. We could have avoided enourmous lawer fees and so on but we said fuck it, we have the right to do this. We fought not only for ourselves but for the porn industry as a whole. If it wasnt us, they would have come after some other extreme niche. Next thing you know Anal Creampies are illegal.

Its not over though. They will try to censor us one by one as much as they can. Starting from the most Extreme all the way down. Extreme Associates wont back down. If we are prosicuted again, we will fight again.

I agree, I hope no one folds, and I also hope they only go after those with bank accounts big enough to mount a fair defence.
