I am pretty sure the letter is a real C & D from ccbill to someone else, but I am also pretty sure it was just a scare tactic from a competitor.

Sometimes I have problems grasping just how retarded some people are. They sent it to you, but it was addressed to someone in another state? and all that other wrong info... lame, what dumbasses.
My favorite is the phishing emails I've been getting from the "Federal Reserve" with a url to click that has the word "phishing" in it.
