    feeling the weather?

    tis that time of year again .. flu season!! Woke up yesterday with swollen glands, today more of the same, Been sleeping alot in the last couple of days, nothing seems to work .. looks like my body just might lose to this flu virus.

    I feel for all those attending AEE and Internext. the way home in that Metal flying tube will be hell with all the airborne viruses. Damn good luck to you all...

    Anyone got some home remedies for fighting the flu?

          don't boost yourself with all the nyquil crap and generic stuff... doesn't heal, it holds it all back so you'll keep the shit for at least an extra week. My thing? use Echinacea pills as soon as you get a sympthom twice a day until you get nothing... boosts your immune system. some say it won't work if your into the prime of the cold or flu, but do it anyways... I do and for the second year I've yet to be sick or just for a few days!
