NO.
Of course you're gonna get IOI's from an employee! That's almost guaranteed in some instances since you obviously have a level of power and status over her. Such a simultaneous mix of vulnerability and stability is intoxicating for many women.
Screwing her brings her up to your level (status) and she will never look at you the same way. At that point you become equals in the workplace and in the worst case scenario the power play is reversed.
Use her admiration to instill loyalty and determination to get the job done.
