Usually, You pick the auction you want to submit your names to at this place

and you have a little thingy saying "submit names" for each auction. if you click on it, it will take you to snapnames, where you will have to submit the names. If your names are approved, you will get an email from moniker. But I'd suggest you to call up moniker and ask them in detail. I guess every guy who has an account at Moniker has his own rep. So just talk to him.
