I'm not Dutch but Tandreinigingsmiddelen means something like stuff you use to clean your teeth, ie: toothbrush/toothpaste/floss etc. I would think. Sorry I can't be more exact.

I'd guess you are trying to trademark something ...

13 Klasse-aanduiding en opgave van de waren en diensten
means you have to select a group (or multiple) (klasse) that fits your goods/services

thats exactly what I needed to know.

and you are correct, it involves a trademark.

I waned to make sure that this would include toothpicks and was not just stuff like tooth paste mouthwash etc...
