I love the Red Rocks Park you guys have out there.

I believe Vegas is gorgeous OUTSIDE the strip. Don't get me wrong I enjoy Vegas it's fun but it's overrated!

If you like hiking and camping, there's also Red Rock and Valley Fire to check out, not to mention Lake mead just outside of town also

Looks like a blast! I've been meaning to go hiking this summer... Especially as it cools off more. I'm also thinking about getting a mountain bike to ride the red rock loop. You've been super active Zoe.. Good for you! Maybe I'll get my ass in gear! Hit the gym 2 times this week which is a first in a while!

I was just up there, last month shooting Ashley Brookes and a friend, never been there, driving up it was 107 degrees, we watched the temp drop down to 76 degrees.

i hike all the time around vegas. yesterday i was out in the Highland Mountain wilderness area. later i laying in the bed of my truck i counted 8 meteors in 1hr

I think you were parked next to us.

We went up towards Red Rock to catch the meteor shower til 1AM. I saw 10 in an hour and even heard some coyotes.

That was about 5 minutes drive from home and it's like you are 100 miles from Vegas.
