    9:30 AM and i am still not in the bed,lol

    Just can't sleep these nights
    too hot and i have to wait until i got really,really tired and get in sleep on my chair
    Anyone else have these problems during summer?

      i just took some tylenol pm's cuz i need a good night's sleep tonight. i can already feel them making me drowsy...
