Well it looks nice, what are the rates for this type of thing?

Great place to shoot thats for sure.

Well...

It's $1800 for the week... but the negative reports worry me... they say that the pics are massively photochopped to make the place look amazing, but when they turned up it was run down with loads of stuff broke and missing (including no 84 inch theatre room !)

There is also some clause apparerlently where if they need to move you to another location they can, and it appears a lot of people were getting moved because of "double booking"

They say you can sleep 24 people, which seems a weird statement when its only 5 bed... one or two of the complaints I found on yahoo and Google suggested that was a total lie... unless people were sleeping on the floor... that wouldnt bother me as we only intend to take 10 maximum, I just want to make sure the place is as good as it looks, and that we actually get to stay there and not get moved !

I reckon I need someone to go and scope the place out for me... hey Rober (GetNaughty) have you ever shot there, maybe I will have to get you to go check it out

Nice place, but id go with what people have to say about it. of course some people are going to bitch, but its worth reading the reviews because the last thing you want is to drop $1800 and it be a dump and waste of money

$1,800 a week for THAT place in the photos seems WAY TOO GOOD to be truth if you ask me.

The photos look amazing!!

But people have obviously felt the need to give negative reports, so i guess there's no smoke without fire.

Worth investigating it a bit more probably, before booking...
