The trick to writing is to keep your pen moving or to keep pounding on your keyboard.
After that, it is all in the editing/re-writes...
The poetry I saw of yours was very visceral. Only a small portion was upsetting to me.
Your style reminds me of Bukowski and some of the Beat poets.
