BANNED sponsors from my 800k daily traffic

I dont have anything against sponsors who have 'banned countries list due ... blah blah blah'
but i DO get pissed off when they DO LIST your country in the select area at the sign up form , encouraging you to sign up , send traffic and then send you to their banned list when they owe you cash .

so far sponsors who use such tricks :

section 2-8 , israel is on their banned list

topbucks :

they do have 'prohibited countries' link near the country selction but still , why the heck would they list banned countries at the selected area of ths signup form , when they dont intend to pay them anyways ?
If anyone has anything else in mind except trying to scam the webmasters from these countries then he should change his biz right away .

Yes i was notice that trick for example Hpic has banned Croatia at pay per signup program but they allow pay per click and partnership program.

If you want my global opinion , i dont think todays sponsors can afford to make such selection of banned countries list but to check each affiliate to his bones and then to decide whether they accept him or not .
And on what do i base this ? if you look back 5 years ago , there were MUCH fewer sponsors per affiliates who just own free sites . Since the past 5 years many of these free site owners became paysites owners themselves , and that turned the rate of affiliate/sposnosors to much smaller equation . In other words today there are much more sponsors per each free site owner .

Just signed up at http://www.fleshlightcash.com/signup.php didn't read the terms, thought they are usual as all other programs have. Russia - the country I'm from is banned in the terms. I don't like such kind of tricks too. Turn your 800K to other sponsor

Elron, send them an email or make a phone call to them. If you contact them, many times they will make exceptions to the rules, as terms are generally made for very generic situations.

Remember, the code is more what you'd call "guidelines" than actual rules.

We do not scam anyone. Fleshlight does not ship products to those countries due to the overwhelming amount of scamming.

We do however accept traffic from affiliates in those countries. It does not matter where you live, we will pay you for your commissions earned. I have made the appropriate changes to our Terms of Service, and I apologize for the confusion.

Those Terms have been there for quite a while, and it never should have listed any banned countries for affiliates. I removed all banned countries accordingly.
