I like to think I've improved somewhat after ten years of shooting for my pay sites, however, the truth be told, I have been hiring still photographers for most of my projects over the last two years, while I focus on video instead.

For the hardcore projects, I also have a second video shooter too (or have the still shooter double on video).

At least ten shooters that post on GFY have worked for me. I don't post their names because I don't want any of my competitors to snag them away...
