Like someone said earlier, they fucked up the business plan, it should work more like: "deposit $150 into a PPV account and get the toy for free" or even $100 would probably be enough, they would make the money from the PPV upsales..

We are all correct. They are going to flop with this thing. I would sell it as a stand alone model with a hand held controller, AND also offer the video options as an up-sell. The device obviously has to be programmed with the unique "print" of the experience on the video, so selling this as a stand-alone device is not a feasible option.
Besides, the type of persons who find this device attractive will not balk at the $149 or the on demand content requirement.
Don't the members of this board often have the debate that "free" tube sites will kill the industry, yet paid memberships are still being bought? This will not do well until someone programs a sequence of dick strokes (whether it matches whats going on in a scene or not) and then it will sell very well.
