            If you want him to go away, stop paying attention to him!!! This is the simplest of simple logics.
            If you are at all familiar with LC over the years you'd know that logic doesn't work with him. He will continue to annoy and pester till he gets a reaction and then he'll continue till he pushes you as far as he can. Ignoring him just causes him to pour it on harder till he gets a reaction.
