CCbill not answering their email?

    CCbill not answering their email?

    Is anybody having problems getting hold of CCBill customer support? I've emailed both of their support email addresses and hasn't even received a confirmation that they got it.

    Also, I got a weird email from them today. It was titled "An Important Message for CCBill.com Clients." but there was nothing inside. Not even an attachment.

    What's going on?

      CCbill will probably be here in a minute or two with a prompt and courteous reply and an ICQ number or e-mail address for you to contact.

      Their support is shitty like that.....
