Aaron Lennon was much better than him at the world cup, I think a lot of people will want to see him playing better if he wants back in.
It should be player skill, not names that decide the teams. Sven got caught up in that. -
I'm sure he'll feature again in England colours at some point. Just not as the captain though...

I think he is or has been injured, so thats why he isnt in the friendly. I can still see him playing some part in England's team but maybe as a sub.Matt
