Ok I will give you guys a 101 on cc usage.
There is a phone number on the back of the cc.
Call that number, give them the cc number, and then say: "Internet Verification Number in USD", they will know immediately what you need.
They give you all verification numbers you ever used.. You have to mention epassporte though, or they will look for paypal numbers.Comment

I opened my Epassporte account 2 years ago, with a polich credit card
they put a pending authorisation for $25 or so, divided into two transactions
so f.e 1 pending transaction for $13,04 and a second one for $11,96
