    MAJOR NEWS: You can no longer transfer Epassporte money unless verified with a CC

    So the rep tells me on the phone. Can no longer transfer money to other epassporte account unless you verify your account with a credit card / bank account.

                          Try it, it doesn't work. Gives you an error message stating that you need to have a verified loaded mechanism to be authorize to transfer funds to another account.

                                      yep... 10 days since my friends account has been locked..
                                      Verified with Chase and all docs sent in to "the department"... Time po page kayser. Epass is becoming Paypal.
