I do comprehend the situation. I would sue as well if I were you. He simply asked how to get sued and I told him. I should have included "remove the watermark" just an error on my part, so I'll included it now.
"BradM be sure and remove the watermark and put one for your own sites as well, no photoshop really necessary"
