I think you're too late on this one.
Starting a tube with dirt cheap generic boy/girl content isn't going to bring any massive traffic like it might have a year ago.
The big tubes all started with illegal content. They got huge because surfers were seeing the full scenes of movies they had been teased with while visiting MGPs.
