    I'm in a quandary do I go to the dark side?

    I think I'm going to launch a full out hardcore tube with stolen content etc. to upsell my product.

    Why should I have morals in this biz anymore fuck it. time to make money with any means

          Then you would be an idiot which would not surprise me.
          Personally would not publicly admit I would possibly be stealing something.
          Also know if I was to make a tube site with full videos on it. I would not even bother stealing the damn things. Why would I want to. You can get craploads of pre-encoded DVD scenes for dirt cheap and not have to worry about DMCA, legalities, nor 2257 - Plus it would more than likely save a whole lot of time since you would not have to search them out and download them first.

                                                                                                          You are and will be trying to profit off of more idiots entering this business with zero work ethics and thinking it is an easy way to obtain riches. Naturally these very same people will just obtain and flood the net with even more free content and as I figure most would attempt to set up tubes and crap as they would not know better or think anything of it. Hell odds are they would of been sold to the program by a tube model that was full of free videos so what better way than to duplicate what sold you or better yet duplicate it x10.

                                                                                                          I already know after you squeeze some cash out of them they will get semi curious and I am sure you gave them just enough information to be dangerous and able to find real resources. It really has no upside in this business for that model.                                                                                                                                   Starting a tube with dirt cheap generic boy/girl content isn't going to bring any massive traffic like it might have a year ago.

                                                                                                                                  The big tubes all started with illegal content. They got huge because surfers were seeing the full scenes of movies they had been teased with while visiting MGPs.

                                                                                                                                      Stealing content is another story. I'd never tell anyone how to run their business. But I do know that there are people out there who are talented enough that they don't need to steal content to make a living. There are others who aren't that talented though and need to do it.
