    ICQ SPAM Driving Me Nuts

    I'm getting about 10 - 15 requests a day from people trying to add me. Of course they all write in some strange characters and shit. Who the fuck are these people? Does this happen to a lot of you?

      Make sure to remove the details in your profile (like languages, interests etc). I'm pretty sure that causes most of spam as they can easily find you.

                                  yeah, I'm getting like 10 requests a day all starting a few days ago. Usually it's one a day at most.

                                  Luckily only 1% are smart enough use an actual nick, the rest just are just from "dkjaoidfj;la" or some other nonesense.

                                                                                          Does anyone have an issue with changing their profile? Every time I try and change it I get a message saying:

                                                                                          "The info has not been updated on the ICQ servers. Try again later."

                                                                                          Any ideas why?
